Entry Level Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer

We are looking to appoint several entry-level fire & Security Maintenance Engineers within Marlowe Fire & Security throughout various locations across the UK. No experience is necessary as our in-house Training Academy will give you the skills you need to work in our exciting business and kick-start your new career.

Our portfolio includes a wide range of customers from residential properties and commercial establishments to the high street.

The Role

You will be trained to service a wide variety of fire and security systems, all located within a compact geographical area.

Responsibilities
  • Utilising Marlowe's very own first-class academy
  • Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service on site visits
Qualifications

These are entry-level roles within the business; therefore, we are not looking for candidates who are already experienced in these disciplines. Working in the service industry, broadband, or electrical services industry will be highly advantageous but not necessary.

  • Keen interest in fire and security systems
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
  • Great attention to detail
  • Professional and presentable at all times
  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Full driving licence - mandatory

  • On Target Earnings – £ 28,000 - £ 30,000 including bonuses & overtime.
