In the role, you will manage multiple projects at a time, acting as the key point of contact for clients and ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll estimate and quote for site and contract works, including bespoke manufactured joinery, oversee subcontractors, and control all commercial aspects from enquiry through to handover and final accounts. You'll also be heavily involved in site visits, client meetings, and risk management.
