TiMax Spatial, part of the Focusrite Group, seeks an Electronics and Hardware Engineer to join our London team. This is an early-career development role designing straightforward circuits for Outboard motor controllers and supporting senior engineers on more complex audio hardware.

You'll read schematics confidently, build prototypes, collaborate with contract manufacturers, manage revisions and change requests, and help keep production moving from board to box across our live and studio product

Qualifications

• A degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent grounding).
• Confident understanding of electronics fundamentals: read schematics, follow signal paths, reason about circuits.

Responsabilités

• Design straightforward circuits for Outboard range—control, interface, power and connectivity hardware.
• Produce and update schematics and PCB layouts for simple boards.
• Build, test and fault-find prototypes and production units.
• Assist senior engineers on complex spatial audio hardware.
• Support test fixtures and production test procedures.
