The role:

  • Graduate Customer Success Manager at one of London’s leading tech employers
  • You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes while using a company's product or service. Your role combines customer support, account management, and proactive engagement to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Experience in account management, customer support, sales, training, and project management translates well into a Customer Success role. Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Backgrounds in consulting, SaaS, or marketing can also be valuable, especially if they involve helping clients achieve their goals.
