Zizzi Restaurants is hiring an Entry Level Chef in the United Kingdom. You’ll learn to stretch dough and cook al dente pasta in our open kitchen. No previous chef experience is required; we’ll teach you the skills to build a kitchen career.

We’re looking for a team player with a great attitude and a love for food who can work evenings, weekends and busy holiday periods. You’ll gain hands-on training and pathways to Chef and Head Chef.

Qualifications

• No previous chef experience required; training provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Love for Italian ingredients and mastering the Zizzi menu.
• Reliable team player during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu to spec in a busy open kitchen.
• Take pride in the quality of every dish leaving your section.
• Master the menu and specs to keep service fast and consistent.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and follow food safety procedures.
• Work with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
