Job summary

TrustFlight is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative in London to generate and qualify pipeline across its portfolio of products and services. This on-site role offers a base salary plus commission and is designed for graduates or those early in their careers who want to break into sales and grow quickly.

You will work with Sales and Marketing to deliver targeted outreach, using CRM systems to manage your pipeline and track activity.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, or conferences.
• Curious and adaptable with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a working knowledge of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify pipeline across TrustFlight’s portfolio of products and services.
• Outreach via email, phone calls, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with potential clients.
• Research target accounts to identify decision-makers and gather insights into their needs.
• Engage prospects to uncover interest areas and set up qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate data and timely follow-ups.
