Apprentify is seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive in Penrith (Office-Based) to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing within the shipping & logistics sector.

The role offers a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 with uncapped commission and an attractive OTE of £80,000+. This is a 360-degree sales position, with lifetime commission on accounts and extensive training to accelerate your career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or business development role (any sector considered).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a hunger to earn.
• Resilient, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment.
• Interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain is a plus—but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and win new business across the shipping & logistics sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and logistics solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
