About The Role
As an Accounts Assistant in our Property Management and Accounts department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, including all accounting transactions. You will process payments between Foxtons, landlords, and tenants, such as rent payments and commission charges. Working closely with the Property Management team, you will handle lease renewals and deposit releases, ensuring all charges and costs are accurately deducted. You will also liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure their invoices are uploaded and processed promptly through Foxtons’ in-house database.

About You
Our Property Management and Accounts department manages over 25,000 tenancies. You should enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced environment within a highly service-driven industry. We require strong mathematical skills, familiarity with Excel and accounting databases, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We are looking for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, capable of communicating effectively across various platforms.
