As a Volunteer Recovery Worker with Change Grow Live, you'll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be part of the Engagement and Entry into Service team, based in Halton (initially Widnes, but with the possible opportunity to work across our Runcorn and Widnes sites). The team supports people with their or their loved ones' drug and/or alcohol issues.

No two days are the same, and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual. Being flexible, curious, and a good listener are key attributes for this role.

We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision and have someone on site who you can approach for day-to-day advice and guidance. In return for the time you give, you will receive valuable training and gain experience and skills. You'll be making a real difference too.

Our values are to be compassionate, open, and bold. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you, so click apply.
