• Entrepreneurial and people-focused leader with a passion for hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to drive guest satisfaction.
• Experience running a pub or similar food-led venue is a plus.

• Drive revenue through events, promotions and guest experiences.
• Recruit, develop and manage staff, ensuring operational excellence.
