As an Entrepreneurial Business Leader, you'll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the regional team to achieve ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the London and South East region, focusing on market penetration and growth in green services.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients across various sectors.

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional team; a culture of collaboration; innovation; and accountability.

About You:

Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in a senior strategic leadership role within the green services, environmental, or related sectors.

Demonstrable track record of successfully growing a business or division, particularly within the London and South East market.

Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, results-driven approach and a keen eye for identifying new opportunities.
