As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 40+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

We are supported by partners like Krombacher, Flaschenpost, Scalable Capital and DAZN, but there are still 1-2 bangers in the pipeline that you can be excited about! Furthermore, we are supported by successful investors like Ralf Reichert, the CEO of ESL or the entrepreneur Verena Pausder.

Main information
  • Location: London (hybrid, min. 3 days/week in office)

  • Role: New Business / Brand Partnerships (flexibility with exact title)

Your mission
  • Build up our proven revenue stream (brand partnerships) in England (7-figure revenue in Germany, launched 2 years ago)
  • Identify and pitch brand partnership opportunities (think adidas, Gatorade & co.)
  • Lead new business efforts in the UK market with full commitment and responsibility
  • Own the full sales funnel – from outreach to close
  • Be part of our cross-functional team and shape what brand activations in grassroots football look like

What do you need
  • You’ve got 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships
  • You want to prove yourself in a fast-pace environment
  • You are highly driven and aim to transition into a leadership role
  • You’re competitive, strategic, and love winning deals
  • You speak English natively and communicate clearly & convincingly
  • You understand brand logic and can turn community value into commercial value
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
