The Opportunity

As an Entrepreneur In Residence, you will oversee, develop, and manage all aspects of Insurtech Insights. Your role includes building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of conferences and the strategic growth of the brand.

This position is ideal if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, are highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire and lead a team. You thrive in fast-paced environments and aim to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Create an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
• Implement strategies swiftly and effectively.
• Develop the company's brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporates, or startups.
• Bachelor’s degree with excellent results, possibly followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• UK, EU, or US work permit.
