About the Role:

We’re building the next layer of enterprise-grade AI: explainable, multimodal, and agentic. Our stealth-stage venture is incubating a new AI-native platform that augments strategic and operational decisions in data-rich, high-integrity domains.

We’re hiring an AI-first technical co-founder (EIR – CAIO Track) to lead AI architecture, agentic reasoning systems, and modular decision workflows. This is not just about building models—it’s about building intelligent workflows that outlive models.

You’ll co-create secure, human-in-the-loop systems, collaborate with engineering/product leads, and define a new category of explainable AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype LLM-powered, multimodal AI systems with ReAct-style reasoning, tool use, and retrieval-augmented memory
• Build agent workflows with human override pathways, auditability, and strategic traceability
• Architect systems that reason across text, image, structured data, and documents to support rich decision workflows
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX to transform abstract needs into usable, intelligent tools
• Codify AI best practices, including safety, modularity, versioning, and responsible use

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience building AI/ML systems in production (LLMs, agents, multimodal pipelines)
• Deep familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, ReAct, or open-source LLM ops stacks
• Experience designing explainable, safe, and traceable AI workflows in regulated/high-trust industries (finance, defense, health)
• Strong product intuition: knows how to design intelligence that’s usable, verifiable, and operational
• Comfortable with zero-to-one ambiguity and co-founder-style collaboration

Bonus Strengths:

• Contributions to open-source AI tooling or research communities
• Familiarity with multimodal models (CLIP, Flamingo, Kosmos), human-in-the-loop systems, or decision-support platforms
• Past experience in AI governance, transparency, or model reliability evaluations

• 3–12 month stipend via EIR phase
