Job description

A proactive and driven Studio Assistant is needed for a multi award-winning architecture practice. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will be the first point of contact to the studio, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice. The successful candidate will ideally have a creative background, with previous experience in the arts and design industries, along with a passion for architecture.

This is a detail-driven role and the practice has excellent team retention rates; they are a joy to work for.

Duties will include:
  1. Meeting and greeting visitors, and answering the telephones
  2. Organising business travel, including flights, itineraries, hotels etc.
  3. Supporting the Directors, and Studio Manager
  4. Working strategically with the Finance Manager
  5. Preparing for studio presentations, talks and lectures
  6. Organising tickets for events and exhibitions
  7. Maintaining their beautiful studio space

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign is highly desirable.

A can-do attitude and willingness to get involved is paramount for this vibrant and very sociable practice.
