You will work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to create a holistic approach to learning that promotes both academic achievement and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for KS3 students with a range of SEND.
Differentiate lessons to ensure accessibility and engagement for all students.
Work with support staff and other professionals to create individualized learning plans and interventions.
Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
