As an Entertainment Team Manager, you'll be at the heart of our entertainment lineup - overseeing organisation, logistics, and daily operations to bring the magic to life! Key responsibilities include:

  • Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Resource Management: Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
  • Training and Development: Support staff development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previously worked within a leadership capacity, within the entertainment industry.
  • Proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and productions.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes.
  • Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adapt to any changes.
  • Be able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
  • Be a high-energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We offer:

  • Attractive pay with overtime opportunities.
  • An inclusive, supportive work environment.
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
  • Career development opportunities, including fully funded qualifications.
  • Shared Live on accommodation will be provided if required.
  • Exclusive team perks, including up to 50% off on-park dining, 20% discounts on Haven Holidays and in-store purchases, free access to our facilities, savings at national brands and retailers, and so much more!
