As an Entertainment Team Manager, you will be passionate about entertainment, leading teams, and delivering a contemporary line-up of activities and live events. You should have experience with multi-venue operations, live shows & tours, and leading a professional team of entertainers who will deliver an exceptional service to each guest to ensure they have memories that last a lifetime. Our Entertainment Team Managers are responsible for the organisation, logistics, and daily delivery of our Haven Entertainment proposition. Working alongside the park Head of Activities, Entertainment Team Managers are required to engage and inspire their cast members to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to, targets are achieved, and continuous improvement is driven.

Working hours are on a rota over a 7-day period and may include evenings and weekends, depending on the role. We aim to offer flexibility where possible, but this is a full-time role.
