KeyAccountabilities
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supportthe team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guestsatisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcomingatmosphere.
Performance Management: Monitor individualand team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conductingperformance reviews.
Resource Management: Oversee staffscheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet businessneeds.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operationscomply with health and safety regulations, company policies, andstandards.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve anyoperational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
Training and Development: Support staffdevelopment through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growthopportunities.

Requirements
Whilst wewill provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at whatyou do, the ideal candidate will…
- Havepreviously worked within a leadership capacity, within the entertainmentindustry.
- Have proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and productions.
- Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes.
- Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adaptto any changes.
- Be able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
- Be a high-energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- OurEntertainment Team Managers are required to work 5 or 6 days per week.
Hourswill include evenings and weekends.*Successfulcandidates will be required to provide ‘right to work’ documents to confirmthey are 18+ and can legally work in the UK.
Additionally,successful candidates will be required to undergo, and satisfactorily complete,an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
