Top Accolade News is on the lookout for a confident, charismatic host to lead our upcoming Entertainment Podcast, and occasionally represent us at events, launches, and parties.

Top Accolade News is an independent digital news and media platform covering stories across current affairs, lifestyle, sports, and entertainment. We’re building a bold new entertainment arm — one that doesn’t just report on the culture, but gets involved in it.

This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to dive into celebrity stories, review trends, and get up close with artists, influencers, and creatives shaping the scene today.

What You’ll Be Doing

Host a Weekly Entertainment Podcast: Lead lively, witty, and insightful episodes discussing everything from celebrity news and film/TV reviews to viral TikTok trends and internet culture.

Cover Entertainment Events: Attend parties, premieres, or launches (when available) to conduct interviews, grab soundbites, and capture behind-the-scenes content.

Engage Pop Culture Conversations: Be the voice that connects audiences to what’s trending — with personality, humor, and real opinions.

Collaborate Creatively: Work with our production team to shape podcast segments and social media content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcast platforms.

Who We’re Looking For

Pop Culture Enthusiast: You keep up with the latest celeb drama, movie drops, influencer beefs, and viral content.

Natural Entertainer: You’re funny, quick-witted, and comfortable owning the mic or the camera.

Confident Interviewer: You can hold a meaningful or playful conversation with anyone — whether it’s an up-and-coming artist or a partygoer at an event.

Social Media Aware: You know how to keep content snappy, fun, and shareable across platforms.

Professional & Reliable: You can show up, deliver great content, and represent the Top Accolade News brand with professionalism.

Requirements

Based in or near Nottingham

18+ years old

Some presenting or podcasting experience is helpful but not essential — your personality is what really counts

Able to commit to one podcast recording per week, with occasional evening or weekend availability for events
