Job summary

WME Group in London is seeking an Associate Manager to join the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory team. You will support brand clients, manage relationships, and drive opportunities across TV, film, digital content and IP.

The role requires 3+ years in client servicing or brand partnerships within entertainment, with strong communication and organizational skills. You will collaborate with production companies, studios, rights holders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client servicing, marketing or brand partnerships in entertainment.
• Knowledge of how brands connect with audiences through culture, television, film, and digital media.
• Awareness of current marketing and entertainment trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or equivalent qualification/experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with brand clients and respond to queries promptly.
• Identify opportunities for brand partnerships with TV, film, digital content and IP.
• Build day-to-day relationships with production companies, studios and rights holders.
• Source viewing and box-office data, engagement data and press analysis for client presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure inventory is ordered, available and on time.
• View content to ensure brand integrations appear as agreed; attend shoots when required.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across WME EM&A and the wider business.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team and clients.
• Support PR opportunities for the EM&A team, including materials and event attendance.
