Job Title: Entertainment Manager

Location: Acton

Salary: 35k ++

Job Type: Full Time

Job Overview: The Entertainment Manager will create and deliver in-park experiences, from on-court activities and games to SEN sessions and birthday parties along with special events. They will ensure big-time fun is had by all that visit and that no one leaves without incredible memories and a desire to come back! They will lead, motivate, and train the Bouncers and Party Hosts to engage, play and have fun with jumpers, fun-seekers, and partygoers alike. Passion for fun and adventure is a must, along with the enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, service-led environment. Brilliant Basics in entertainment are closely linked to health and safety and working in a secure environment, you will work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure compliance in all areas.

Skills and Experience Required:
  1. Minimum 3 years experience in a leisure park management role
  2. Experience delivering events
  3. Experience of working with children
  4. Experience with financial data and KPI management
  5. Experience of managing and leading a team
  6. Excellent customer service and engagement skills
  7. Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
  8. Tech savvy
  9. Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications
  10. IOSH qualification desirable
  11. A background in a service-led industry is desirable, such as adventure parks, leisure parks, etc.
  12. Outgoing positive personality
  13. Excellent organisational skills
  14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
