What is the role?

We are looking for an Entertainment Duty Manager to provide support and leadership to the team at our new indoor leisure entertainment venue, ensuring daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

What will you be doing?

You will manage shift schedules, breaks and staff coverage ensuring appropriate staff levels at all times while delegating tasks and ensuring staff productivity. You will provide support to the team and create a positive and enjoyable environment for staff and visitors of the centre.

Handling both customer and employee issues, from complaints to emergencies, in an efficient and professional manner you will take accountability for your team and the general running of the venue.

You will be performing opening and closing operational checks and ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.

Is this you?

You have proven experience within a supervisory or management role which has given you strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of demographics.

You are familiar with customer service principles and conflict resolution with an understanding of working in a customer focused environment and the ability to make quick decisions in high pressure situations.

Due to the nature of the operations, your working hours will include evenings, match days and weekends
