Role outline:

Senior Enterprise & Technology Risk Manager

Salary DOE: £90,000-£100,000 plus 10% bonus, 20% LTIPs, and benefits.

Location: City of London, 3 days a week in the office

Seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise & Technology Risk Manager to develop and execute the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, focusing on Technology Risk. You will help identify, assess, and manage risks related to Information Security, Cybersecurity, AI, Data Privacy, and emerging tech domains.

You will collaborate with the VP of Enterprise Risk and cross-functional teams to embed risk management into strategic and operational decisions. The role offers the chance to lead and expand the Technology Risk function, influencing the organisation’s approach to digital threats and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise risk management processes.
• Enhance ERM framework within Technology, InfoSec, and Operations.
• Identify, assess, and evaluate risks with stakeholders.
• Define and monitor risk appetite and KRIs with Risk Owners.
• Support risk mitigation strategies and promote risk awareness.
• Participate in risk governance forums.
• Utilize data analytics to track risk trends and issues.
• Manage risk projects and support GRC tool deployment.
