Develop and implement an enterprise architecture framework that aligns existing technology platforms and future plans with business goals, strategies and processes across a 1–5-year time frame.

Lead and communicate across the Williams organisation about Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Systems, the framework, and the best practices for capability improvement – with business relevant and easy to understand language.

Direct solution architects within Enterprise systems teams to define and build appropriate and valuable solutions that support the vision and strategy.

Define and architect the hosting landscape across Enterprise Systems that best supports the requirements (public/private cloud, edge driven, locally hosted etc.)

Strategic Planning & Vision

Work closely with the Head of Enterprise Systems to build a long-term roadmap for systems maturity and business capability improvement with resource and order of magnitude budgets. Provide gap analysis to the target state.
