Job summary

Connected Places Catapult in London/Milton Keynes is seeking a senior leader to head Enterprise Support for Transport. You will shape and deliver accelerators, clusters and innovation programmes, building pipelines, bids and key accounts.

This role requires strong stakeholder skills and a track record in SME growth and delivery excellence. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive commercial propositions, ensure high-quality delivery, and maintain governance on budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Meet revenue targets and drive client proposals with CPC teams.
• Lead development of collateral to support go-to-market propositions.
• Farm accounts by working with account leads to identify opportunities.
• Oversee CRM usage and manage pipeline for accounts and BD.
• Manage contracting with Legal and Commercial teams.
• Guide innovative delivery projects and ensure quality of client delivery.
• Act as SRO on delivery programmes and projects.
• Oversee programme budgets and internal communications.
• Lead stakeholder engagement at senior levels for buy-in to innovation delivery.
• Support development of members' skills to ensure consistent service delivery.
