• Develop and challenge Barclays Group and business unit strategies to deliver measurable impact across the Firm.
• Lead high-impact projects defining Barclays’ long-term direction, including growth strategy, portfolio optimisation, market entry, and capital allocation.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and continuous development.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the bank to influence outcomes through clear communication and storytelling.
• Develop financial models to support strategic recommendations and transactions.
