Job summary

PlanePlane seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to own the technical architecture for enterprise deployments, from discovery through the SOW. You will design self-hosted and air-gapped deployments aligned with security reviews and regulatory needs, translating infrastructure requirements into concrete deployment plans.

You will work daily with sales on live deals and with engineering to close product gaps, turning customer questions into precise, actionable requests.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and defending technical architecture to skeptical buyers.
• Ability to translate security/compliance requirements into deployment decisions.
• Comfort being the technical voice on sales calls and in customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for enterprise deployments from discovery through a signed SOW.
• Design self-hosted and air-gapped deployments tailored to customer security reviews.
• Run technical discovery with customers to uncover needs and gaps.
• Define migration paths when customers move from existing tools, with clear caveats.
• Collaborate daily with sales and engineering to convert requirements into concrete requests.
• Answer security questionnaires in a precise, deployment-focused manner.
