Job Description:

Enterprise Software Project Manager – FMCG Retail

Location: London (Paddington)

Our client is the first to introduce real-time image recognition analysis to the retail industry and the pioneer in in-store measurement solutions. This is a full-time permanent position based in London Paddington.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in SaaS, cloud enterprise software project management
  • Hands-on knowledge of the software development lifecycle using structured approaches such as Waterfall, RUP, Agile, etc.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry – an advantage
  • Strong in business domain (BA skills) or a strong technical background (technical architect or technical lead) is preferred
  • Required languages: English (fluent); any additional European language is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Understand SLA agreements with customers/channel partners and ensure full execution
  • Create and maintain project artifacts including schedules, training materials, requirements documents, and presentations
  • Ensure project environment readiness, including database setup and customer requirements
  • Set up project phases and activities, allocate resources appropriately
  • Ensure effective communication among project teams, partners, and customers
  • Act as primary interface for client project managers and internal teams
  • Coordinate transitions from sales to services and support organizations
  • Gather input from stakeholders within the customer organization
  • Adapt solutions to ensure appropriate support
  • Coordinate with sales and support teams to align solutions with business needs
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and live demonstrations
  • Create and coordinate Proof of Concept (POC)
  • Develop documentation to support sales cycles, including solution diagrams and technical architecture
  • Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams
  • Demonstrate understanding of solutions and tools to assist sales and presales activities
