Job summary

Wipro Technologies in Coventry is seeking a Security Architect L1 on a contract basis to design the organisation's computer and network security infrastructure and protect systems from cyber threats.

You will lead security architecture, assess risks, define target state, support audits and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver resilient security solutions that align with standards like NIST, SANS and CIS.

Qualifications

• Design enterprise cyber security strategy and architecture.
• Assess risks by evaluating business processes and security analyses.
• Communicate current and emerging threats and design mitigation measures.
• Identify security design gaps and recommend changes.
• Provide end-to-end security coverage including layers, zoning, APIs and data security.
• Experience with ITIL or related process domains (incident, change, config).
• Assist with disaster recovery planning and RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise cyber security strategy and architecture.
• Understand security requirements by evaluating business strategies and conducting system security vulnerability and risk analyses.
• Identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects.
• Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.
• Provide product best fit analysis to ensure end to end security across architecture areas.
• Demonstrate experience in security assessments against frameworks like NIST, SANS, CIS.
• Provide support during deployment, configuration, integration and administration of security technologies.
• Provide assistance for disaster recovery in case of breaches or incidents.
• Develop direction to manage portfolio of to-be-solutions for cyber risk security.
