Job summary

NTT DATA UK is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect to lead the development and execution of the comprehensive security architecture strategy across hybrid environments, with emphasis on multi-cloud and Zero Trust. The role requires executive-level leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on architectural delivery across global regulations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of cybersecurity experience, with leadership in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Expertise across multiple technological domains and large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven success delivering architectural roadmaps and capability uplift.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements across global environments.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise-wide security architecture vision, principles, patterns, and standards.
• Develop multi-year security architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy, technology plans, and risk posture.
• Lead end-to-end execution of roadmaps with engineering, operations, and business units.
• Design secure solutions for hybrid/multi-cloud environments (GCP focus) including identity, networking, data, and apps.
• Perform threat modelling, design reviews for enterprise-scale platforms.
• Define guardrails and patterns aligned to NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, Zero Trust.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear deliverables and dependencies.
• Influence budgeting and investment decisions for security capabilities.
• Act as trusted advisor to CIO/CISO/CTO and senior leaders on risk and technology choices.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cloud engineering, DevOps, and platform teams.
