Genuit Group plc is seeking an experienced Security Architecture Lead to establish and run the security architecture capability across the Group. You will embed security-by-design into the Genesis SAP transformation and across identity, cloud, data protection and OT.

You'll define standards, provide design assurance, review supplier designs, and influence IT and AI initiatives while working with senior technical and business leaders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in security, enterprise, or information security.
• CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience creating security architecture standards and reference designs.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, access governance and duties segregation.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the enterprise security architecture strategy and design standards.
• Lead security architecture for the Genesis SAP transformation.
• Define IAM architecture including access governance and segregation of duties.
• Embed security, data protection and compliance into designs.
• Review supplier and SI proposals for architecture and design.
• Assess cloud, network, integration and data security architectures.
• Maintain design decisions, risk exceptions and governance records.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical architectural solutions.
• Support security architecture across OT, acquisitions and AI initiatives.
• Represent Information Security in governance forums.
