Enterprise Sales Manager - Payroll / Mass Payments

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to grow our UK & EMEA client portfolio. This role is based in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in nurturing enterprise clients and designing bespoke mass payment solutions.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of mass payment rails (BACS, Faster Payments, SEPA, SWIFT, FX management, API integrations) and how they can deliver effective solutions for clients. Responsibilities include creating demand across various industry verticals such as Payroll, Insurance, Pension, Expense Management, etc., for our mass payments offerings.

The Enterprise Sales Manager will coordinate sales efforts with support and technical teams, engaging at all organizational levels, including C-suite.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales experience with a proven record of closing deals and client outreach.
  • Experience in selling Payroll / Mass Payments solutions.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles (6-12 months) and nurture leads.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and consultative questioning skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to ensure resource alignment.
  • Attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and strong verbal and written skills.
  • Proactive in initiating conversations and developing sales pipelines independently.
  • Creative in engaging customers and cross/up-selling solutions.
  • Ability to present to C-suite and lead meetings.
