This isn’t a traditional sales role—and that’s by design. We’re looking for someone who sees enterprise sales as more than transactions. Someone who can sell, lead, and influence across complex ecosystems.

We’re seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded Enterprise Sales Director to join our fast-growing corporate sales team. You’ll own a key territory, act as a trusted advisor to R&D-driven companies, and represent a product suite that’s reshaping how life science organizations approach data, innovation, and decision-making.

You’ll lead with value, prospect with purpose, and close with precision. You’re not afraid to hunt, but you also know how to nurture and expand relationships—turning logos into long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing
Own Your Territory
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan with clear goals, accurate forecasting, and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Identify, engage, and close high-value opportunities across biotech, pharma, and medical device organizations.
  • Tailor value-driven messaging to diverse stakeholders, from scientists to executives, highlighting impact over features.
  • Navigate complex buying processes including procurement, legal, and compliance, while building lasting relationships.
Drive Revenue & Expansion
  • Consistently meet or exceed six-figure+ quotas through new logo acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Own renewals and expansions in partnership with our Customer Success team.
  • Serve as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
Collaborate & Elevate
  • Team up with Product, Pre-Sales, Customer Solutions, and Marketing to deliver client-ready solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally—bringing feedback and insights that shape our roadmap.
  • Champion a culture of curiosity, agility, and mutual success.

What you’ll bring to the role
  • You’re a proven enterprise seller with a track record of success in solution-based SaaS—ideally within life sciences, R&D, or scientific software. You know how to prospect, qualify, and close, and you understand the nuances of navigating complex buying environments in biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
  • You’re skilled at building and managing deals with multiple stakeholders, and you’re comfortable working within enterprise procurement cycles. You bring structure and strategic thinking to every deal—backed by deep familiarity with Salesforce, sales tools like Gong and LeadIQ and proven frameworks like MEDDIC or SPIN.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex solutions and make a compelling case for change across technical and executive audiences. You lead with value and execute with precision.
  • You’re also a disciplined operator—you plan your quarters, manage your pipeline with intent, and take ownership of results. While you’re collaborative by nature, you’re more than capable of driving your own success.
  • You have several years of enterprise sales experience, in particular in life sciences or R&D SaaS.
  • Strong familiarity with scientific workflows, data platforms, and technology needs in the research space.
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed $1M+ quotas annually.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; scientific or technical background preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
