The candidate will support business development initiatives by engaging with prospects and clients in the UK to drive sales, contributing to the company’s growth. The role involves identifying new opportunities and promoting AI and metaverse solutions tailored to client needs

.Role and Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in key industries such as hospitality, retail, education, and more within the UK. Leverage market knowledge to introduce the company’s solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their specific challenges and business objectives, and positioning our AI and immersive solutions as key enablers of digital transformation.
  • Tailored Solutions: Work closely with clients to provide customized solutions that fit their unique needs, whether through immersive training environments, AI-driven analytics, or virtual experiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Localization of Offerings: Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to ensure that offerings meet the language, cultural, and regulatory requirements of clients.
  • Networking and Outreach: Participate in regional trade shows, conferences, and events to generate leads, promote the company’s solutions, and raise awareness about the potential of AI and metaverse technologies in the region.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals with new and existing clients in. Ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in Immersive, Metaverse, AI, VR/AR, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in relevant industries or domains, with a strong track record of managing complex projects.
  • Passion for Immersive Technology: Enthusiasm for immersive technologies and innovative solutions that enhance client experiences and deliver cutting-edge results.
  • Communication & Urgency: Outstanding communication skills, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments, and handling tasks with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
