Job Description

Our Sales Development Representatives partner with our Account Executives across EMEA to build and implement an effective sales pipeline strategy. You will engage with an enterprise client base to drive the adoption of our market-leading products and will need to think strategically to tailor your approach based on each customer's unique needs.

We have a newly created position for a Sales Development Representative to join our team, focusing on the UK market.

This is a hybrid role; candidates should be able to commute to our Maidenhead office. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

  • Drive new logo acquisitions, build a sales pipeline, and generate fully qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting into target organizations.
  • Be creative and strategic in your sales approach by utilizing tools such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.
  • Build the sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads from events, downloads, trials, and webinars.
  • Gather sales intelligence regarding customers' situations, needs, issues, and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate and updated prospect data within Salesforce.
  • Become fully immersed in Dynatrace’s products and their value to customers to leverage our competitive position.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Sales Development within an enterprise software environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt sales approaches to various prospects.
  • A driven, ambitious individual who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build effective internal relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
