Capco is seeking a Non-Financial Risk (Enterprise Risk) Consultant at all levels in London. Join a growing FRRF capability to transform enterprise and operational risk while shaping governance and surveillance frameworks.

You will work with leading financial institutions and leverage AI-enabled tools under appropriate human oversight. You will engage stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance to deliver data-driven risk transformation, surveillance enhancements, and resilient

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise or operational risk within financial services.
Strong understanding of market abuse regulation and trade surveillance.
Awareness or practical experience of AI in risk or surveillance environments.
Experience documenting end-to-end processes and identifying risk gaps.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise and operational risk transformation projects, leveraging AI-enabled analysis to improve delivery and insight.
Document, assess, and enhance risk processes and controls across the first and second lines of defence.
Contribute to market abuse and trade surveillance initiatives by reviewing controls and detection scenarios with responsible AI.
Support AI model tuning and optimisation activities within surveillance environments with governance and human oversight.
Engage stakeholders across business, technology, compliance, and risk to deliver data-driven transformation.
