Are you an experienced Enterprise Risk professional with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and shape risk management across a complex, highly regulated organisation?
I am looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to join a world-leading aviation services organisation on a 2-year fixed-term contract, supporting the development and continuous improvement of its Integrated Risk Management framework.
The organisation provides critical aviation services across military and civil programmes. Operating within a highly regulated aviation and defence environment, the business combines engineering, operational and technical expertise to deliver complex programmes for major customers.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced risk professional to work across the organisation, providing independent insight, challenge and guidance to senior stakeholders while helping strengthen the way enterprise risk is identified, assessed and managed.
As Enterprise Risk Manager, you will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's Integrated Risk Management (IRM) framework.
You will work across multiple functions and levels of the business, helping Risk Owners and Risk Champions identify and assess risks, develop effective mitigation plans and ensure risk exposure is accurately reflected at an enterprise level.
You will also provide analysis and insight to senior leadership, the Risk Management Committee, Audit Committee and Board, translating complex risk information into clear recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Due to the nature of the organisation and the work undertaken, successful applicants will be required to obtain SC security clearance. Support will be provided through the clearance process.
As a general guideline, candidates would normally need to have been UK residents for the previous five consecutive years. Where this requirement has not been met, overseas criminal records checks may be required as part of the referencing and security process.
The role is also subject to ITAR requirements, meaning candidates will need to provide relevant nationality/birth information as part of the required compliance checks.
