Join our team at a leading clearing house as an Enterprise Risk Manager. As part of the Risk Oversight Department, you will play a vital role in executing our risk framework, covering all risks faced by the clearing house. Working closely with all business lines, you will provide analysis and information directly to the senior management team and Board.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of operational risk activities including risk and control assessments, deep-dives, and incident reviews.
• Management of one Risk Analyst.
• Assist in managing the risk appetite framework.
• Identify and assess risks on an ongoing basis.
• Support risk measurement methodologies, analytics, and models.
• Provide input to policies and procedures.
• Maintain industry awareness and regulatory knowledge.
• Oversee production of risk reports to Executive Management and Board Committees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or other advanced degree in technology, finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services risk management or analytical role.
• Broad understanding of all risk types, with specific experience in operational risk or enterprise risk frameworks.
• Knowledge of financial markets, infrastructure, and regulatory environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
• 3-4 Days in the London office

Preferred:

• Experience in a Clearing House or the Clearing business.
• Understanding of Derivatives
