Job summary

Principality Building Society is seeking an organised and curious Enterprise Risk Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Risk team. You’ll help produce accurate management information, support risk events and ensure our risk management system works effectively across the Society.

This role suits someone who enjoys detail, problem solving and collaborating with colleagues across the business, supporting management, executive and Board committees, regulatory reporting, and helping others

Qualifications

• Experience producing reports, dashboards or management information accurately and to deadline.
• Understanding enterprise risk management or an interest in developing knowledge in this area.
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce timely risk information, MI and risk indicators for committees.
• Triage risk events, connect to risks and controls, escalate significant events.
• Maintain risk data, reporting records and the master MI spreadsheet.
• Manage the Enterprise Risk mailbox and respond to queries.
• Administer Magique, coordinating with IT and external provider.
• Maintain risk registers and quality of risk assessments.
• Review guidance and training materials, supporting risk training activities.
