Job Description
The Enterprise Risk Analyst will:Log, track, and support the investigation and remediation of operational incidents, collaborating closely with business units. Maintain incident logs, produce reports, and support root cause analysis.RCSA, Risk Register & KRI Maintenance: Coordinate and support the RCSA process and risk register updates. Ensure accurate and timely collection and validation of Key Risk Indicators.Model Risk & Framework Oversight: Help maintain model inventories, support validation processes, and apply model governance standards across the bank.Control Testing & Validation: Support control testing activities, validate testing outcomes, and track remediation efforts.Cyber, IT & Digital Risk Oversight: Assist senior team members in oversight of cyber and IT-related risks, and support risk assessments related to digital banking initiatives, customer journeys, and operational resilience.Risk Reporting & Committee Support: Prepare risk-related materials for governance forums, including management information packs, and track action items.Ad-hoc Risk Advisory: Respond to risk-related queries, support thematic reviews, and assist with small-scale risk assessments.Enhancing First-Line Risk Management: Collaborate with first-line teams to improve risk identification, assessment, and decision-making processes, providing training and consistent methodology application.Scenario Analysis, Stress Testing & Recovery Planning: Assist in designing and documenting scenario analysis, stress testing exercises, and recovery and resolution planning activities.
The Successful Applicant
The Enterprise Risk Analyst should have:Degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in financial services, risk management across either Operational Risk and IT Risk or Market and Liquidity Risk.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.Attention to detail, collaborative attitude, proactive and flexible mind set.Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks (PRA, FCA, BoE)
