ERP System Analyst (Edinburgh)

About the role:

Head Resourcing is working with one of the UK's leading building companies to find a proactive ERP System Analyst. This role involves supporting essential systems across the Commercial and Finance departments, focusing on improving business processes, enhancing user experiences, and delivering practical solutions that add value.

As part of an Agile product team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop systems that support efficient decision-making and improve team effectiveness. The role is based in Edinburgh, requiring in-person attendance at least two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver product demonstrations and user presentations
• Configure and maintain the ERP platform and related systems
• Develop solutions aligned with business needs and technical constraints
• Collaborate with developers to refine products based on user feedback
• Create user guides and technical documentation
• Provide technical support and resolve application issues
• Monitor technology trends to inform future solutions
• Work within a multidisciplinary Agile team

Qualifications:

• Degree in computing, engineering, or related field
• Experience in Solutions or Applications Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform development
• Focus on user-friendly design
• Ability to configure, support, and maintain business applications
• Solid understanding of software systems and infrastructure
• Familiarity with Agile practices and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, networks, Microsoft ecosystem, and cybersecurity is a plus

Working Arrangements:

2 days per week onsite in Edinburgh

Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
