Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Enterprise Programme Manager to oversee all aspects of project and programme management, including planning, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects aligned with IDeaS’ strategic goals. This client-facing role involves managing global software rollouts, implementations, migrations, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the business owner for major enterprise accounts, managing end-to-end global software rollouts, implementations, and migrations.
  2. Develop and monitor detailed project plans.
  3. Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and team management.
  4. Communicate project status regularly, ensuring quality, reliability, schedule, and cost targets are met.
  5. Engage with senior stakeholders, including CxO level, both internally and externally.
  6. Monitor performance, recommend schedule and resource adjustments.
  7. Provide direction and support to project teams to achieve goals and deadlines.
  8. Coordinate project staff and manage resource allocation.
  9. Report project progress to stakeholders, highlighting issues and solutions.
  10. Manage relationships with clients, third parties, and vendors.
  11. Recommend process improvements for efficiency, customer service, quality, and cost savings.
  12. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of enterprise programme management experience, preferably within hospitality technology companies.
  2. Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable communicating with CxO level in a global environment.
  3. Experience with project management tools.
  4. Proven track record of managing end-to-end enterprise software projects.
  5. Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office.
  6. Experience with project demand and resource management.
  7. Solution-oriented with risk mitigation skills.
  8. Willingness to travel and adjust working hours for different time zones.
  9. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  10. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global team environment.
  11. Fluency in French is desirable but not essential.
