We are looking for a EPMO Manager to join the Business Change team in Yorkshire Water.

Location: Bradford - hybrid, home working (1-2 x days a week in the office). This could be slightly more when collaboration, training or meeting deadlines demand it. For those who prefer to work on-site, our offices are open Monday-Friday during working hours.

Work Type - This is a permanent opportunity, working full time, 37 hours per week between a working window of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday

Where you fit in:

As our EPMO Manager you will establish and run the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) in support of Enterprise Change whilst providing support to business unit programme and project managers. You will act as an ambassador ensuring control and order is in place ensuring challenge and best practice is adhered to.

You will support in the management and delivery of strategic change to time, cost and quality constraints. You will ensure projects and programmes are articulated, recorded and managed in accordance with the Enterprise Change Framework, following appropriate governance and meeting required quality standards. You will co-ordinate, collate and analyse programme information and reports, monitor and report risks, issues and assumptions, and develop and manage plans and dependency logs in conjunction with the Programme Managers and Project Managers to reduce risk and optimise the chance of successful delivery. You will play a significant role in financial forecasting and management, benefits forecasting and tracking, stakeholder engagement and communications, as well as supporting key programme meetings and governance forums.

What skills & qualifications you will need:

You will have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills coupled with an in depth understanding and extensive experience of programme and project delivery support, as well as an awareness of design, architecture and change management principles.

You will understand the wider objectives of the Enterprise Change Portfolio and have professional credibility to be able to influence stakeholders effectively. Key to the success of this role is developing robust relationships across the business.

You will have extensive practical experience of change design and delivery disciplines, industry standard methodologies and associated processes including Portfolio, Programme and Project management methodologies, coupled with an awareness of the design phase and change management activities.

You will hav e a relevant qualification in project/programme management or PMO support (Prince2, MSP, P3O Practitioner, ISEB Diploma in Programme and Project Support Essentials) or extensive relevant experience in a complex change environment

You will have demonstrable experience and expertise in relation to governance, Programme and Project controls, tools, standards and processes.

You will have process analysis and continuous improvement skills; we are looking for the successful candidate to be able to identify ways of improving the Enterprise Change Framework and making it more efficient and effective as well as ensuring compliance to any associated the Framework processes.
