The Job
The Enterprise Program Manager will manage a strategic enterprise IT transformation program, specifically the implementation of a new business system across sales, operations, finance, and supplier management. The Program Manager will manage this complex system implementation project using a wagile methodology; combining the discipline of waterfall with the flexibility of agile. The Program Manager will report to the Chief Technology Officer, provide regular reports to the Steering Committee, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors. This is a high-visibility role that requires excellent project management skills, strong communication, and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-level IT and business system transformation project/s
Apply wagile project methodology, balancing structured planning with adaptive execution
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across Business functions : Sales, Operations, and IT, Finance
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
Provide regular milestone-based and monthly reporting to executive leadership
Ensure project documentation, compliance, and change control standards are maintained
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and AI trends relevant to enterprise systems, and ensure knowledge is shared across the project team
Support the CTO and the Steering Committee in strategic decision-making and program governance
Set up robust program governance, tracking, and reporting to ensure transparency and executive visibility.
Define KPIs to measure impact across operations, service levels, and user experience.
Coordinate testing, training, and cutover planning to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
Lead a cross-functional Program Office, including internal resources and external partners.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability across project streams.
Complexity
This is a high-impact, enterprise-level transformation with a projected investment of EUR 10 million+. The program will span multiple countries and business lines, requiring strong cross-functional alignment, senior stakeholder management, and executive-level influence.

Skills and Experience:
10+ years Program Management experience and strong record delivering enterprise-wide system programs—built internally or configured from third-party solutions.
Proven ability to manage and report on EUR 10M+ budgets in complex, multi-country settings.
Understanding of operational requirements in Destination Management and MICE businesses highly desirable
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder influencing skills.
Comfortable operating in matrixed, multicultural environments and engaging at executive levels.
Advanced problem-solving and risk management abilities
Curiosity and initiative to stay current on emerging technologies and AI solutions applicable to enterprise systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Skilled in Wagile and hybrid project methodologies
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP)
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
