Job summary

SmartSearch is seeking an Enterprise PMO Lead to govern and continuously improve strategic planning, portfolio reporting and assurance across the transformation portfolio.

The role reports to the Head of Portfolio and owns the QBR framework, executive dashboards and benefits management, partnering with senior leadership to drive delivery confidence and realisation of strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a PMO or Portfolio Office.
• Proven governance, reporting and assurance frameworks.
• Proven facilitation of strategic planning and QBR.
• Strong portfolio reporting and investment governance.
• Experience producing exec/board-level reporting and using Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise PMO governance, planning and portfolio reporting.
• Own the QBR framework and benefits management.
• Deliver executive dashboards and portfolio insights.
• Coordinate governance forums and stage-gate processes.
• Support projects with PMO analysis and guidance.
• Foster agility and cross-functional collaboration.
