Job summary

the company Hotels team seeks an Enterprise Account Operations Associate to support onboarding and the day-to-day operations of enterprise hotel partners worldwide. You will design scalable processes, rollout hotel groups, and ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account or partner operations, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a proven ability to operate in ambiguity while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in account operations, partner operations, sales operations or related operational role.
• Experience creating, improving or scaling processes and workflows.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments where processes evolve.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational management of enterprise hotel group partners across global markets.
• Coordinate onboarding and rollout of new hotel groups and properties.
• Build, document and continuously improve operational processes and workflows.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve existing processes and propose solutions.
• Manage projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and improve partner experience.
• Support portfolio-level supply optimisation and platform education initiatives.
• Use data to track performance and inform decisions.
