Digital Learning Designer Skills Coach

Salary: £35 - £50k + OTE + excellent benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Salesperson to join our Enterprise Partnerships team. The role is for an Enterprise Partnership Manager, who will be responsible for building relationships and developing accounts with some of the UK's largest organisations. You will be working on some of our most exciting new apprenticeship programmes like Sustainability and Digital Learning Design, and will also work with the team to bring new programmes to market.

Reporting to the Enterprise Solutions Director, you will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with large customers and partners. You will drive sales by working closely with these partners to demonstrate the value and business impact of LDN's enterprise offering. You will build relationships at all levels in target organisations and offer a value proposition to meet customer needs and increase sales. To be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the Enterprise Solutions Director to help deliver the Company's partnership strategy.
  • Develop strong partnerships with clients and partners through effective account management practice.
  • Deliver partnership activity that will provide value, whilst also enhancing our own value proposition to new and potential clients.
  • Identify new opportunities that will enhance our offer by providing high quality, engaging opportunities for our partners.
  • Participate in partner marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the growth of all of our apprenticeship pathways, helping the company to achieve its sales and revenue targets.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets, by prioritising the right jobs, tasks and activities at the right time.
  • Ensure client education plays a key role in sales process.
  • Keep the CRM updated.
  • Attend networking events and industry forums to meet and engage with new and potential target clients.
  • Provide an ongoing Client Care to new and existing Clients.
  • Write great proposals, lead productive meetings and build strong relationships with our clients.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key internal stakeholders (Skills Coaches, Product team, Sales team, SMT, etc)

For this role, you must have:

  • Previous partnership experience, preferably in further education or apprenticeships
  • Experience of successfully managing, delivering and growing partnerships
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
  • Enjoy working to targets with a track record of success
  • Proven track record in driving new business growth and have a supportive/ consultative sales approach
  • Focussed on customer care and meeting client's needs and expectations
  • Experience of engaging and influencing senior decision-makers in organisations
  • Build effective relationships at all levels both internally and externally
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Proactive and resilient
  • Evidence of positive outcomes and value in the market we operate in
  • Good IT skills
  • Demonstrates commitment to our values and expected behaviours
