Enterprise Manager - Bishop's Stortford College

We are seeking an Enterprise Manager to oversee the commercial catering services at Bishop's Stortford College, including hospitality and paid services across campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 5 staff, including 3 café staff, to deliver high-quality services
• Manage the new café, tuckshops, horsebox unit, vending, and other food outlets
• Coordinate hospitality for school events, VIP functions, and parent occasions
• Innovate in the paid-for offerings, ensuring profitability and creativity
• Maintain full P&L accountability, meeting revenue and profit goals
• Report weekly to the Contracts Director on financials
• Manage bookings, ensuring smooth service for all users
• Oversee Bluerunner booking system and update pricing accordingly
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and costings
