Job summary

ARC IT Recruitment seeks an Enterprise Integration Tech Lead to guide the design and delivery of enterprise-scale integrations on Microsoft Azure. This hands-on leadership role requires setting technical direction, delivering scalable and secure solutions, and mentoring a team of engineers.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience building enterprise integration solutions in Azure (design, development, and deployment).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub, orchestration.
• Experience with event-driven, microservices, and serverless architectures in enterprise contexts.
• CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing practices.
• Development background in .NET/C# or equivalent and ability to lead a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Azure-based integration solutions across Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps, and RESTful APIs.
• Drive best practices for event-driven, message-based, and API-led architectures while mentoring the team to meet enterprise standards for performance and reliability.

A well-established, highly prestigious and globally recognised organisation is looking for an Enterprise Integration Tech Lead to join their technology team and lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will set technical direction, contribute to delivery, and work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to build integrations that are scalable, secure, and resilient.

What you will be doing:

Leading the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions across Azure, covering Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps, and RESTful APIs. You will drive best practices for event-driven, message-based, and API-led architectures, while mentoring the team and ensuring delivery meets enterprise standards for performance and reliability.

What we are looking for:

• Solid hands-on experience building enterprise integration solutions in Azure


• Strong understanding of integration patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub, orchestration


• Experience with event-driven, microservices, and serverless architectures


• CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing experience

• Ability to lead a technical team while remaining close to the code

• Power Platform experience is a plus.
